Terms & Conditions

In order to provide you with the best possible service these Terms are necessary and important. 

Payment:  Payment terms are 30 days from invoice.  Interest of 1.5% accrues thereafter.  Rolling Green reserves the right to collect, in addition to interest, reasonable fees and costs in the collecting on past due accounts. 

Scheduling / Cancellation / Rescheduling: You are responsible for all services ordered by you and for providing Rolling Green access to perform all services scheduled.  If Rolling Green cannot access your property due to a locked gate, pets, or other matter, Rolling Green will work with you to reschedule the appointment, but a $35 fee may be assessed. All services may be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice to Rolling Green.  Should a service need to be rescheduled outside of our customer’s control, we will reschedule at no charge.   

Service Call Fees: Service calls are included with programs with a minimum of 4 applications or assessed as an additional application. 

Continuous Service: Your services will automatically renew each season until you call our office to make changes or cancel. 

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. 

Internet Service: We operate a website, www.RollingGreenTurfCare.com (the “Service”), on which you can manage your account.  Should you choose to create an online account and use the Service, in addition to these Terms, you will find additional terms and conditions on the Service. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms.

Changes: These Terms may change from time and to time.  We will notify you of any significant changes and all changes will be posted on the Service. By continuing to order services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
